1 General Terms & Conditions and Contractual Basis

98ab may request proof-of-age documents at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted within 72 hours, the account may be temporarily suspended. Parents and guardians should take steps to restrict access to platforms of this nature on devices used by their children.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

98ab accepts deposits via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Maximum Daily Deposit: Determined by account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• There are no hidden charges on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and will be returned.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from 98ab:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Processing Time: Typically 2–15 minutes, though verification pending cases may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Daily withdrawals are capped at BDT 50,000 (higher limits apply for VIP members).
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 98ab reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

98ab may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• When an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• In cases of self-exclusion requests.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts.

10 Limits of Liability

98ab strives to provide a reliable service, but will not be held liable for the following:

• When a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in securing their account.
